During the hottest day of the summer, the Baywatch team has to foil an assassination attempt on a governor visiting the pier during a rock concert for charity. C.J. Parker (Pamela Anderson) is lured out by a boat in distress and captured at gunpoint by two baddies. They load the boat with explosives, rig it up with remote controls and then chloroform CJ, leaving her tied to the steering wheel as a scapegoat for the explosion. Our hero Mitch dashes to rescue her. After leaping aboard, and untying her from the wheel, he struggles to commandeer the boat away from its deadly course...
