Summer Quinn (Nicole Eggert) accidentally intercepts a surfboard with stolen diamonds inside and is caught off-guard by a female baddie who has cut the phone lines. Summer sits cleave gagged and tied to a chair with several scarves, as the villainess examines the stones and then sets an elaborate death trap for Summer. Before making her getaway the villianess turns on a tank of propane, cuts the hose connecting it to the stove and makes a fuse using a cigarette burning towards a bunch of matches. Our heroine desperately tries to inch the chair towards the matchbook, but tips the chair over instead. Our hero arrives in time to save the day, and douses the cigarette with water. He then removes her gag, and takes a knife to cut her free, but she says "Don't cut my Mom's scarves!" As soon as she has one hand free, she reaches out and kisses him, then another hero enters, laughs and says "Now THAT is kinky!", and a good laugh is had by all.
