In this episode, THRUSH wants to gain control of a mineral known as Tri-Tanium D, which when processed can be used in a lethal death ray. The only known location of this mineral is the ghost town of Furnace Flats in Death Valley. Later, April Dancer ( Stefanie Powers) is captured at gun point by our villainess Dolly X (Ruth Roman) while radioing headquarters. April sits in the dirt with her hands tied behind her while Dolly rifles through her saddle bags. Dolly shoots down a rescue chopper with a flare gun. April tries to trick Dolly with a trick lighter of knock-out gas, but to no avail. Fortunately the cigarette she's given is drugged and Dolly passes out. April gets herself untied and Dolly wakes up with her hands tied together in front. dolly wakes up later and snaps the ropes. She tracks down April and steals her horse. Later, the ladies get into a snap-down drag out fight and April winds up getting the worse of it. Dolly buries her up to her neck in the sand, but she's rescued.
