In this extended clip from a mess of a made for TV movie, a man who has just been released from prison and heads home to see his ex-wife and teenage daughter. When his ex makes it clear that she wants nothing to do with him, Larson leaves the house, and goes a criminal rampage. Later, he sneaks up on two girls in their SUV, he blindfolds and gags Sandy (Jessica Parker Kennedy) and leaves her tied to a metal fence for the cops to find later and then returns and ties up Debra (Genevieve Buechner) with some duct tape and steals the girl and the SUV as well. Afterward, short on cash he robs two other teenagers in their car, and ties the boy's hands to the steering wheel with tape and kidnaps Katie (Britt McKillip) to keep him from calling the cops. He ties up Katie with more tape and puts her in the SUV with his other hostage.
Sandy is eventually rescued by the cops. elsewhere, the kidnapping continues with our baddie hell-bent for Mexico with hostages in tow. An abortive escape attempt at a convenience store leads to the girls getting tied up with more rope and tape (but still with hands in front-- IDIOT). He brazenly tells the girls he plans to kill them, and they plead for their lives. The girls write messages back and forth on their palms in crayon, planning another escape. At a construction roadblock, Debra flashes a the message HELP at the flagman and he radios it out. Exhaustion takes it toll on the kidnapper and pulls over and nods off, and the girls quickly untie themselves.
