The Brazilian Government leads Latin American countries in the fight against drug cartels. In response drug cartels start a series of attacks against Brazil's cities and natural resources. Toward the end of this action film, Fernanda (Viviane Victorette) is kidnapped by some cartel creeps. she's shown tied to a chair with heavy white rope, and gagged with a rolled white cloth cleave gag as our hero enter the building. He quickly starts untying her, but it's a trap and he's knocked out.
