In this clip from the episode, Black Cat is captured by the mutant Allistair Smythe, who is working for Silvermane, a villain trapped in the body of a baby. She's gassed by a rocket and closed up inside a containment bubble to serve as rescue bait for Spiderman, so they can compel him to captures the Vulture and Scorpion so they can tap their mutant DNA as part of Silvermane's cure. It's all a trap of course, and black Cat is shown trussed up and gagged inside her bubble to prevent her from warning the wall-crawler. She wriggles loose just in time for Spiderman to get captured.
