Hulking man-mountain Lou Ferrigno stars in this sequel to a terrible Italian made science fiction / fantasy film based loosely on the myths of Hercules. In this film, Hercules is summoned from his place in the sky to retrieve the Zeus's seven thunderbolts stolen from him by renegade gods with the aid of the evil King Minos.
In the first bit, Paola Marcari plays a damsel in distress raged along by golden chains and shackles by soldiers as she's to be offered up as a sacrifice to cheesy special effect, oops I mean The Fire Monster. She bound over on her back on a round stone ball altar as it emerges from a gateway and consumes her in a flash of energy.
Later, a girl runs up to our hero and recounts as her friend Urania (Milly Carlucci) was taken by the Slime People. Urania is found standing on a stone platform with her arms tied over her head. Our heroes move to save her and Slime People attack them, so they are forced to retreat into a stone cave. Afterward, Glaucia (Sonia Viviani) has been captured off-screen and is to be offered to the Fire Monster. she struggles on her chains and pleads fro mercy, but as the monster *snirk* emerges, our hero attacks it.
