In this clip from a classic western adventure, Mrs. Francis (Mabel Strickland) runs afoul of some smugglers who grab her not long after our hero has departed. They grab her and drag her off to a gully where they cleave gag the woman with a knotted scarf and tie her to a tree. In her struggles, she manages to work the gag off and call for her horse Sunday, who ambles down and unties the heroine.
