Beverly D'Angelo plays Mary Hearn who finds her attempt at an affair interrupted by a violent stranger who holds her and her would-be lover captive in a hotel room. After robbing the duo, he has them strip naked and binds their hands in back with handcuffs. He has them lie in bed and takes pictures of them from above before gagging and blindfolding the pair with white medical tape. He puts the man on the floor by the bed so he can rape Mary. Afterward, the man leaves and the male captive gets his blindfold and gag off and they manage to remove the handcuffs.
