Linda Thorson once more plays Tara king who has been captured by enemy agents who have John Steed trapped in a weird little house out in the country as part of a mental conditioning program, to program Steed to kill Mother. Tara is gagged and tied to a chair and forced to watch as Steed is manipulated before an enemy agent (that Steed has been conditioned to never see) comes in a kills another man in the room (not shown). Later, left under guard Tara taunts the girl Lisa (played by Kate O'Mara), left to watch her as the other agent leaves the room in a huff for some coffee. Lisa is finally goaded into checking to see if Tara is still bound and a fight ensues, with Tara getting the upper hand. Lisa is gagged and tied to the same chair Tara once occupied as the other agent tries to break into the room. Tara lays him out as well and Lisa is forced to watch helplessly as Tara discovers the audio tape they have been using on John Steed.
