No Clips From Hostel 2

I will never, ever post scenes from Hostel 2 for a very simple reason; I openly despise that movie. It's one of a few films I've ever walked out of and demanded my money back. Damsels in Distress it simply IS NOT!! The idea of a damsel in distress scene is the threat of violence and imminent rescue, not watching her hang upside down nude, getting her throat cut over a bath-tub and dying. That's just murder. Period.

Xena 'Return of Callisto' *DVD Rip*

In this episode, we find Callisto (played by the sinfully delicious Hudson Lieck) under maximum security lock-up, strapped to a high-back bondage throne. After effecting her escape, she captures Gabrielle and Xena (played by Renee Connor and Lucy Lawless respectively) the former of which is tied to a stake to be burned alive while Xena sits bound to the same throne.

For a minute there I thought I wasn't going to get an update put together in time before work tonight, the software messed up at least 3 times. First the sound was off, the then picture was muddy. finally it all came together.

Perhaps one of my all time favorite episodes. Not just from a DID point of view but it's just a good, fun little story.

Back Home Sooner Than I Thought

I was about halfway to my destination when the thunderstorm of all Missouri thunderstorms opened up over the highway. It got so bad, I couldn't see more than 8 feet in front of me (except for the tail lights of the cars creeping ahead of me.) We are talking nearly horizontal rain, hail, wind gusts up to 50 to 60 mph and the radio station keeps blaring tornado watches and warnings every 5 minutes. The girlfriend calls me on the cellphone (fortunately I was pulled over hoping for a little let-up) and she's panicked for me. Finally, I called my boss and told her what was up and she said turn around and go home. After creeping and crawling through torrential rains at a break-neck pace of 30 mph in some places, I pulled into the driveway to home, love and safety.

I'll never drive in stuff like that again ! Ever!!

Updates will commence tomorrow evening, right now I need a hot shower and bed.

'Nother business trip

I have to go to a nurses' conference starting tomorrow afternoon, so there will be no updates. I plan to be back home by Wednesday the 8th, Thursday the 9th at the latest.
