Robin Wright portrays Princess Buttercup who is kidnapped by a trio of mercenaries, seeking to start a war at the behest of her soon to be husband, the dastardly Prince Humperdink.
*God, I love this movie ! Many films try to describe themselves as fairy tales brought to life, but his one actually succeeds. The characters, the settings, the costumes, the duels- it's all done with great care and that right touch of fun and wonder. The clip is a bit long, just over 7 minutes since I wanted to get the entire poison powder scene.*

Talk about losing touch with my Goth side, I've never heard of this band before now , but I certainly intend to follow up on them.*

Samurai Girl *HQ WS TV Rip*
Saige Thompson plays Cheryl who is taken hostage by a female assassin (who just beat the snot out of the Samurai Girl and her mentor in the meantime) in part 3 of this made for TV action adventure miniseries.
*Thank goodness for friends with DVRs !! After 4 hours of disappointment, FINALLY the DID scenes I was expecting when I first saw commercials for the show. Although, I'm disappointed nary a rope touches cutie main heroine Jamie Cheung, the scenes we got were pretty good by most standards. Saige whimpers pretty well and she's spunky too. Who ever cast Stacy Kiebler as the bad girl was a genius, she really chews up the scenery. I loved her in every bit. I'm sensing a Buffy TVS with a Japanese overtone, if the idea is picked up as a regular series ?*
