In her bid to become President without interference from the green team, Doctor Blight captures the Planeteers as they try to deal with a sunken ship loaded with toxic waste. Stripped of their rings, the kids are helpless, but Blight's own daughter Bitzy has earth-friendly notions and plots to help them. Using Dr. Blight's time machine, Bitzy goes back in the past and convinces the the younger versions of the Planeteers to help her rescue their older selves. However Looten Plunder has a back-up plan, and seals the building, which is loaded with explosives set to go off any minute and thus the big blue guy is called forth. In the process of saving the kids, he discovers Dr. Blight's political rival Judith Green over-gagged and tied to a chair with a bomb at her feet (redundant, right?) and rescues her as well.
