Warehouse 13 Double Feature: "Emily Lake / Stand" *HQ Web Rip*

Emily Lake

Double crosses abound in this first part of this 3rd season climax in which a baddie named Walter Sykes seeks to destroy the Warehouse 7 and recover an bracelet that will allow him to walk again (even though it slowly turns the user irredeemably evil). The first part of his plan involves recovering former baddie H.G. Welles, now called Emily Lake (played by Jaime Murray) after her mind is wiped by another artifact (sort of like a Warehouse 13 version of "Witness Protection"). After a fight, Myka Bering (played by Joanne Kelly) and her partner are knocked out and Emily is kidnapped from them. She's later seen with her hands zip-cuffed behind her, seated in a chair being interrogated, but because her mind has been wiped and re-programmed, she can't answer their questions. Later in the episode, Claudia Donovan (played by Allison Scagliotti) gets a tight hand-gagging by a WH13 agent who has betrayed them, as he explains what he's really been doing.

Stand
In part two of our 3rd season ending, Myka Bering (played by Joanne Kelly) is forced into a chess game/ death trap which is part of an unusual mechanical key that serves as a Warehouse facility's backdoor. Her neck is locked into a metal brace attached to a stone chair and above her an ax blade attached to system of gears is poised. If she makes the wrong move on the chess board, the ax mechanism rotates closer and closer to splitting her head open. H.G Welles (played by Jaime Murray) helps her make the final move and open the lock, saving her life. Finally, during the final fight-- H.G. Welles and Myka find themselves wrapped together face to face and nearly strangled to death by the animated rope from the Marie Celeste which only tightens if you pull on it. Artie saves the day, however.
