Afterward, she has Bonita Kalsheim (Alice Ghostley) take her place so she can go out for the evening.

Wendy Richard plays Miss Shirley Brahms in this bit from an episode of the classic British comedy series. In this clip, Shirley pretends to be a mannequin when she's caught on the sales floor by two burglars. The ruse is short-lived and she's caught and carried off to the office where a locked safe awaits. Shirley stands tied up to the door with her hands overhead to the coat hook, berating the robbers. Later, two other shop employees enter pretending to be police and Shirley is taken down from the hook. Likewise, their trick is short lived and afterward, Shirley is seen gagged and seated in an office chair, with the would-be rescuers tied to some file cabinets. Later, the guys get untied and in turn untie Shirley just as another employee enters the room disguised as a mobster.
