Once more the Hooded Claw and the Bully Brothers confound, capture and imperil Penelope- this time at a circus where she's scheduled to rise her horse Butterfly as an act. First, she's amde to plummet into a cage containing some sort of weird dread beastie, then she's sacked up and carried off, suspended by her ankles upside-down over a carnivorous plant while a woodpecker pecks away the rope holding her aloft. Afterward, her private train car is skyhooked by the Claw's passing blimp and left teetering atop a tall building, then she's spirited off by the Claw to a rickety old theatre, where a loud organ recital causes the entire place to collapse around her. Finally, the Bully Brothers disguise themselves as her horse (don't ask) and spirit her off to a barn where the Claw places her in a trap where she'll wind up bound up in a bale of hay.
