Damsels in Classic Comics Marvel Family #70: "The Crusade of Evil"

 In this adventure, a professor dons a suit of magical armor and the entire Marvel Family wind up in King Arthur's England, where an evil wizard has taken over the kingdom and kidnapped Guinevere. After defeating a dragon, the Marvels turn back into kids to sneak into the wizard's castle and are promptly knocked out by an alert guard. They wake up gagged and chained up in a dungeon with the evil wizard casting a spell to make the chains grow hotter and hotter to roast the poor kids alive. Billy Batson works off his gag and says that magic word, saving the day.

Classic Comics: Nyoka The Jungle Girl #7 "Death in The North Pole Jungle"

 In this story, Nyoka's plane is hijacked by baddies and forced to crash in the frozen north. Nyoka stumbles from the smoldering wreckage in search of aid only to tumble into a chsm where several animals stand frozen in ice. Nyoka is recovered and taken back to the plane, but the baddies get the better of her friends and a weakened heroine is taken back out into the snow, gagged and bound to a tree stump and then they crack the animals out of theit icy shrouds and they immediately attack the only fresh meat in sight-- Nyoka !!
