A young Melinda Clark plays Julie Walker in this second sequel, in which the living dead are being captured and converted into bio-weapons by a secret military program. After Julie turns into a zombie, she finds only the pain of self-mutilation keeps the hunger for human brains at bay. But it's a temporary fix. Under attack by other zombies, Julie begs her boyfriend to restrain her before she's overcome by the hunger. Later, Julie is rendered inert with special dart rifle that fires a freezing chemical into the brain, and captured. Afterward, the boyfriend finds Julie nude, locked in a cage bound with leather straps and cuffs, with her mouth held open by a metal bit fastened in her mouth. He sets her free just as another zombie escapes and attacks his handlers.
