In this brief bit from the spin-off series, Penny is captured by an evil clone of her Uncle Gadget, as she is trying aid him in stopping a M.A.D. cloner who has targeted world leaders attended a historic peace conference. One of the Gadgetinis (basically a miniature robotic Gadget) finds Penny gagged and tied to a chair and hidden under some stairs.
