Ann Turkel plays villainess named Louise who is captured after a fire fight by two other baddies who are also after a pair of implantable lungs to save their dying mob boss. She's shown tied to a chair in shiny black raincoat, as the thugs negotiate a new deal to retrieve the organs from storage. Louise is left tied up as the guys go for the lungs. Robocop breaks into the scene, and jams a wad of surgical gauze in her mouth as he passes to keep her from calling out a warning.
