NCIS: "React" *Hq Ws Web Rip*

At the beginning of the episode, just after Megan Porter (Caitlin Carver), the daughter of the Secretary of the Navy, tells her boyfriend, "Hey, it's just a kiss, okay? Nothing bad's gonna happen," a van pulls up alongside, and they're both hustled inside at gunpoint. (the kidnappers ditch the boyfriend off-screen, but he's found by out heroes and so the chase is on.)

Later, Megan's father goes to pay the ransom in a parking garage, and we see Megan in the van ,she's gagged with duct tape, mmmphing loudly, and has her hands taped in front. The kidnappers sense a trap and pull a double-cross by shooting the father and driving off.

Toward the end of the episode, we see her again, still bound the same way and being hustled toward a helicopter. But the NCIS team is on the case, and after a brief standoff with the kidnapper holding her at gunpoint, he's shot dead and she's rescued.
