In this direct to video thriller, an artistic killer likes to bind his victims down and paint their bodies in elaborate designs before suffocating with duct tape over their noses and mouths. His latest crime places an aspiring painter under suspicion by the police.

 In the opening moments of the film, Julie Baltay plays Monica who struggles as she lies tied down on a bed, nude, covered in elaborate pain, her hands tied overhead the headboard, feet bound together, gagged with duct tape. She struggles and squirms as the killer finishes her off.

Later, Abbey Jane Strong (Joanna Pacula) having emerged from the shower sits on a bed and brushes her hair. She's attacked by the killer. He gags her with duct tape and ties her down on the bed. after turning on some inspirational music he gets down to work with a knife and some paints. He gets ready to apply the suffocating tape over her face, but he's interrupted by our hero. After violent fight, he shoots the killer with a speargun and kills him. Our hero then saves Jane before she can suffocate.

In this other other version of Fatal Attraction, a medical student becomes obsessed with her school's star baseball player and pursues him with a vengeance when her advances are soon rebuffed. In this first bit,  Melissa Nelson (Molly Ringwald) corners the guy in the shower and he's forced to manhandle and hand-gag her when his girlfriend turns up outside to talk with him. After he lets Melissa go, she coos, "Ooh, I like it when you play rough!"

Later, its revealed the now estranged girlfriend Laura ( Sarah Lassez) has been living with the crazed stalker. She is shown lying unconscious on a bed, her hands are tied over her head to the headboard with a pale yellow scarf, and she is tightly cleave gagged with a purple patterned scarf. A cop turns up because of  the storm, and Melissa kills him with a baseball bat.

Afterward, Laura stirs and Melissa straddles the terrified brunette on the bed, taunting her with a big kitchen knife, popping off the buttons on Laura's blouse, opening it just enough to show her chest and belly but not her breasts. Melissa hears the booyfriend enter the house and goes to deal with him, leaving Laura on the bed.
