Jennifer Garner and Marla Sokoloff play Wanda and Wilma, the girlfriends of two slacker morons who wind up getting kidnapped by a weird geeky alien cult that believes the boys have come into possession of a 'continuum trans-functioner', a part they need for their intergalactic vessel. In this brief bit, the girls are seen bound and gagged with bubble wrap while the cult leader tells the boys to retrieve the whats-it 'or else'.

The villainous Darkseid and his son Calabak come to Earth to capture Wonder Woman and make her his queen. While the Super Friends are distracted by an active volcano, Calabak hurls a coiled green ribbon of super-strong material and neatly wraps her up. New superhero Firestorm however alters the molecular make-up of the stuff and she breaks loose.

*Is it just me or does Darkseid sound like Dr. Claw from the Inspector Gadget cartoons, lol? thanks to youtube user Shadowboro for supplying the cartoon.*

Fay Wray portrays Ann Darrow in this classic monster movie. In this clip, she is kidnapped by the natives of Skull Island and offered up as a sacrifice to their living god, a giant ape named Kong.

Trivia (from the IMDB):

Jean Harlow was offered the part of Ann Darrow, but refused it.

King Kong grossed $90,000 its opening weekend, the biggest opening ever at the time, and the film is largely credited with saving RKO from bankruptcy. MGM tried to buy the film after its release, but RKO wisely refused and continued to profit from the re-releases of the movie into the 1950's

The project went through numerous title changes during production, including "The Beast" (original title of draft byEdgar Wallace in RKO files), "The Eighth Wonder", "The Ape", "King Ape" and "Kong".

King Kong's roar was a lion's and a tiger's roar combined and run backwards.

Scenes cut over the years of release and re-release: Kong chewing on the natives of Skull Island; two scenes with Kong squashing one native each with his giant foot; the brontosaurus biting and throwing the men in the water; the men falling off the log while Kong shakes it and falling into a giant spider's web and getting eaten alive; Kong putting a New Yorker in his mouth then throwing him down to the ground; a scene where Kong climbs a building, pulls out a sleeping woman with his giant hand, examines her, and when he finds it's not Ann Darrow, tosses her down to the sidewalk below; and, of course Fay Wray's clothing being peeled off by Kong. The censor committee once stated that this was at least six minutes of editing.

*Still an effective film after all this time. Peter Jackson's 3 hour narcissistic re-incarnation lost me when Jack Black was cast as Carl Denham. There were some pixelization issues during the ripping process which I managed to reduce by changing a few settings, but are still noticeable. This is a very long clip. I trimmed it as much as I felt was needed but it still came in at around 6 minutes. See everyone Saturday morning !*

Jane Seymour plays the lovely psychic Solitaire in this Roger Moore era James Bond adventure. Having lost her psychic abilities (as well as her virginity) her boss Kananga decides to dispose of her during voodoo ritual. The girl is carried screaming by the locals and bound between two posts so a goat-dressed man can kill her with a venomous snake. Bond intervenes and rescue her, of course.

Later in Kananga's lair, Bond and Solitaire are tied together back to back on a metal carriage which will be lowered into a tank with waiting sharks. Bond uses his magnetic/buzz-saw watch to effect a rescue and after stuffing henchman Whisper in a sealed metal smuggling box, he and Kananga get in a brief fight, ending in the most hilarious villain's death scene ever put to film.
