Beautiful Sherilyn Fenn plays the icy Helena in this psychological thriller about a neurotic surgeon who becomes obsessed with the gorgeous inaccessible woman and when an auto accident leaves her crippled at his doorstep, he does the unthinkable and amputates both her legs making her a virtual prisoner in his palatial home. In this darkly comic scene, his fiancee unexpectedly turns up for a visit and so he gags Helena with a scarf and a napkin and tucks her away in another room bound in her wheelchair. Helena watches his pathetic attempts at lovemaking with the woman, her eyes mocking him.

*A very odd movie to say the least. There's some sexual content and foul language, so be aware.*
