At the beginning of this Arnold Schwarzenegger action film about a government conspiracy to sell high tech weapons to terrorists, Melora Walters plays Darleen who lays bound and gagged with duct tape along with her husband as gangsters splash gasoline around because her hubby turned state's evidence. The Austrian Oak TM of course is on hand to save them from harm and help them fake their deaths so they can enter witness protection. Later, Lee Cullen ( played by gorgeous Vanessa Williams) gets captured by the lead baddie in the conspiracy (who also happens to be our hero's boss), and after an unsuccessful shoot-out attempt through armored glass, she's later seen onboard a Russian cargo ship tied to a chair at the wrists with bare metal wire (OUCH ). As our hero shoots it out with a small army of baddies, Lee pries herself loose from the chair, kicks the snot out of the ship's captain and escapes.
